TRS leader and Sircilla MLA K T Rama Rao has demanded that YSRCP honorary president Y S Vijayamma explain to the people the reasons behind her son and party president Jagan Mohan Reddy landing in jail.
Speaking to the media here on Monday, KTR asked Vijayamma whether she was coming to Parakala in the Telangana region with a visa as claimed by her husband and late chief minister Dr YSR once. He said that the people of the Telangana region were well aware of Jagan’s economic crimes though the Seemandhra people were least bothered about Jagan’s looting spree. He reminded that Jagan who represents Kadapa in the Lok Sabha had displayed placards against separate Telangana State demand in Parliament. Jagan’s unpardonable act was still fresh in the minds of the people of Telangana region.
Son of TRS supremo K Chandrasekhara Rao also warned the Seemandhra political parties that the Telangana people would not tolerate their criticism against the TRS.
KTR also questioned the BJP as to why it was participating in election campaigning only at Parakala though it was contesting in all the 18 constituencies going to bye-elections. (NSS)
