Kriti Sanon will play the role of a UP girl in her upcoming film ‘Bareily Ki Barfi’ and the pretty actress who has been learning the local dialect is so obsessed with the language that she is conversing in the UP dialect with her family and friends as well!
The ‘Heropanti’ actress is busy shooting in the city of nawabs, Lucknow for her film opposite Ayushmann Khurrana and is now in a mode wherein she is speaking in the same language not only during shoot but also off shoot.
Kriti shares, “It’s for the first time that I have tried to pick up a dialect for a role and I am actually enjoying it. Although we are not keeping a very strong accent but since it has been a long schedule here, so even after pack up, I tend to talk to my parents and my sister in the same tone. My sister at times interrupts me and starts laughing.”
Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari the film is slated to release in 2017.
