Dissident leader Konatala Rama Krishna abstained form the important meeting of the political affairs committee of the YSR Congress at Hyderabad on Monday.
MP Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy, M V Mysoora Reddy, Somayajulu and others attended the meeting. Apart form Konatala Rama Krishna who has been unhappy with the admission of Dadi Veerabhadra Rao, Bajireddy Govardhan, another senior leader also abstained from the meeting. Party leaders are stating that they could not come because of their personal preoccupations. Local body elections, party organizational set up, party honorary president Vijayamma’s tour of the Telangana region and the notices served by the Speaker to MLAs supporting the party are the issues discussed at the meeting.
