Congress MLA from Nalgonda Komatireddy Venkat Reddy here on Saturday fired a salvo at Telangana PCC president Ponnala Laxmaiah.
Speaking to the media, Venkat Reddy said Laxmaiah, who faced unceremonious defeat in the recent elections, has no moral right to review the activities of the party in the Telangana State. The PCC review meetings being organized by Ponnala Laxmaiah would yield no results, he added.
The Congress legislator demanded that Laxmaiah resign from his post honorably and give an opportunity to a new one. He also said he would bring the matter to the notice of AICC president Sonia Gandhi.
