Nalgonda Congress MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy today called upon party activists to make the proposed “Chalo Assembly” rally on the first day of winter session of Telangana Assembly on October 27 a grand success.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Komatireddy criticized the TRS government for resorting to arrest Congress activists since October 25. Warning Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao not to take the farmers for a ride, Komatireddy said the Chief Minister would know problems of the farmers if he came out of Pragathi Bhavan.
Komatireddy also faulted Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao for saying that the Congress would alone be responsible if anything happens during ‘Chalo Assembly. (NSS)
