Hyderabad, December 01 (Siasat News): “Telugu is the official language of the state and it is must that every student should learn this language. Even for English and Urdu medium SSC students, Telugu language paper is conducted as compulsory in the second language category. This is why Siasat has taken every effort to get the SSC Telugu question bank published and made it a point to distribute the same free.”
These were the words of editor Siasat and TDP politburo member Mr. Zahid Ali Khan while inaugurating the release of the question bank.
He said that right from the day of the formation of AP, Telugu was introduced in schools. He gave references that how he had learnt the language and got the good marks.
He advised the present lot of the students to follow the footsteps of the toppers. The programme was conducted at Siasat’s MHJ Hall.
Former minister for law Mr. Asif Pasha who was also the chief guest released the book. In his address, Mr. Asif pasha said that the Telugu question bank is convenient for the students. He revealed that in Hyderabad and other Telangana parts, the Urdu speaking people are not well versed with Telugu whereas in Andhra belt, minorities speak chaste Telugu as their own mother tongue.
This is how knowledge of Telugu could be used for inter communication. Mr. Pasha also admired the welfare works of Siasat and said that since Telugu is a job-oriented language, Siasat is leaving no stone unturned for the promotion of the language.
Earlier, the programme was commenced by the students of Safdariya High School ‘prayer of children’.
The Telugu question bank is jointly compiled by M/s Jaffer Sadiq and Md. Rafi of Iqra Mission High school and Boston Mission High School respectively.
On this occasion, Mr. Ahmed Basheeruddin Farooqi, DEO (retd) in his welcome speech, said that the publication and distribution of SSC question bank by Siasat is not a new phenomenon. This service is provided since last 12 years.
On the other hand, Telugu question papers distribution is just a 4-year-old practice resulting in healthy percentage of the success among students.

Students are instructed to produce their bonafide certificates to get the question bank.
