An impressive Islamic Calligraphy exhibition was inaugurated here at Henry Martin Institute on Thursday. Mr. Shujat Ali IIS Deputy Director Doordarshan inaugurated the exhibition. Various speakers warmly welcomed the move taken by Telangana government through which it has introduced calligraphy as a subject in Urdu Medium Schools.
In his welcome speech Mr. Shujat Ali urged the students to avail the opportunity and beautify their writing. Mufti Sadiq Mohiuddin President Darul Qaza and Darul Ifta, Prof. Mahjabeen Akhtar HoD Arabic Osmania University, Dr. Packiam T. Samuel Director Henry Martin Institute also addressed on the occasion.
