KKR wants to cut KCR to size?

Hyderabad, December 13: CM Kiran Kumar Reddy appears to be hell bent on ending the dominance of the TRS chief KCR in the Telangana region. With the resignations of Jupalli Krishna Rao, Nagam Janardana Reddy and others and the death of independent MLA Rajeswara Reddy, 7 Assembly seats would go for by-elections in the Telangana region.

Informed sources say that Kiran is keen on ensuring Congress victory in these by-polls and preparing ground plan for it right away. According to discussions in party circles, Kiran is so keen on these elections as he would put an end to the dominance of the TRS party in the Telangana region on the one hand and earn the goodwill of the Congress High Command on the other.

KKR when he visited KCR’s Mahabubnagar constituency some time ago, he has declared that he was talking from the so-called stronghold of the TRS chief. Now he wants to conquer that strong hold. Whether Kiran is capable of doing it is another question. Let’s wait to find the answer.
