YSR Congress leader Gone Prakash Rao has predicted that the Kiran Kumar Reddy government would collapse in July. He also said that the dream of TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu that he would once again become the Chief Minister would never come true. He said that Naidu was simply daydreaming.
Gone has demanded that the Centre should decide one way or the other on the Telangana issue. Referring to the ensuing by-elections to 18 Assembly seats, Gone exuded confidence that his party would win all the seats. He said that the TDP was never used to contesting the elections on its own, without alliances.
Anantapur district YSRC leader Visweswara Reddy has commented that the TDP would only get third place in the by-elections. (NSS)
