Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

1. 2 cups kiwi, sliced
2. 1 banana, halved
3. 1 apple, sliced
4. 1/2 litre low-fat milk
5. 2tsp honey
6. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
7. 1/2 cup ice cubes, crushed

Method:

1. In a food processor, blend kiwi, banana, apple and ice until they are coarsely mixed. Add honey and vanilla essence and blend some more.

2. Pour in milk and blend till smooth and of thick pouring consistency. Check seasoning. Add more honey if you like your smoothie sweeter.

3. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with kiwi slices
