Kishan wants violent MPs barred from house for life

Condemning the unprecedented unruly incidents in both Houses of Parliament on Thursday, State BJP president G. Kishan Reddy urged the government to identify the violent MPs, who resorted to undemocratic, insulting and heinous incidents and debar from Parliament for life.

The BJP leader said February 12, 2014 will remain as a black day for the world’s largest democracy in the history as some MPs entering Parliament carrying prohibitory articles like knife and pepper spray and resorted to create terror in the august House. Every Indian should condemn the most heinous incident in Parliament as one MP trying to shower pepper spray on Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, who is a Dalit and woman Speaker, he added.
Observing that the Seemandhra MPs should not have resorted to break mikes and computers in the Lok Sabha, Kishan Reddy reiterated that the BJP would keep its word on supporting Telangana Bill in Parliament. (NSS)
