On Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti day, Telangana BJP president G. Kishan Reddy on Thursday took the broom and cleaned the roads in the city following the Swachch Bharat call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
South Central Railway general manager Srivatsava said his officials were striving to make the Prime Minister’s Swachch Bharat Abhiyan call a great success all over the country. Participating in the program at Kachiguda Railway Station, the SCR GM said they would spare no efforts to create cleanliness awareness among the railway commuters.
Nandi Yellaiah, MP also participated in the Swachch Bharat Abhiyan program. Speaking on the occasion, Yellaiah said he would see that clean atmosphere and safe drinking water is provided to the commuters. SCR DRM Rakesh Arose and others were present. (NSS)
