Kiran might be shown the door after Coordination committee meet on friday ?

Will Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, who attained notoriety in the eyes of the Congress High Command as thorn in the flesh in the matter of carving out a Telangana state, be shown the door after the crucial Congress Coordination Committee meeting being held in New Delhi on November 8 ?
Speculations in this regard began to make rounds in political circles after the Chief Minister received summons from the High Command to make himself available in the national capital day after tomorrow when the party’s coordination committee would meet. Accordingly Kiran Kumar Reddy is reported to be leaving for New Delhi on Friday morning to be available in time when the Coordination Committee meets.
It is pertinent to note here the Chief Minister had blatantly crossed swords with the High Command ever since the Congress Working Committee had decided to bifurcate the state and thus carve out a separate Telangana State. Despite the central party leaders observing restraint in initiating any action against the Chief Minister for his open defiance of the High Command, Kiran Reddy had been utilizing every given opportunity, including at official and public functions, to express his ire over the decision to bifurcate the state.
The Chief Minister’s “care-too-hoots” attitude has also earned him the wrath of the party leaders including from his own cabinet colleagues, who demanded for his scalp. Every time the Chief Minister defied the central leadership on the T issue, the more the demand for his sacking began. Despite all his egoistic one up-manship moves to emerge as the champion of Seemandhra, the Congress High Command hoped that he would mend his ways and fall in line. Contrary to these expectations the Chief Minister dashed off letters to the President of India and Prime Minister alleging that the T formation process was being done hastily in an undemocratic and unconstitutional manner. This act of Kiran has turned out to be the proverbial last straw.
According to reliable sources the Congress High Command has decided to move forward in the formation of Telangana and in the process was determined to weed out any thorn coming in the way. Thus the issue of continuance of Kiran Kumar Reddy as the Chief Minister is expected to be thoroughly deliberated at the Coordination Committee meeting. The central leaders might make a last minute effort to make the Chief Minister fall in line, which by all accounts seemed to be far fetched. With no other option left in its move to form the Telangana State without any hindrance or hurdles, the Chief Minister might be asked to gracefully resign, which seems improbable as he wants to emerge as a martyr in the eyes of Seemandhra people. Showing the door to him seem be the last resort of the central leaders, these sources opined. (NSS).
