Killing in judicial custody, judiciary must take action: Bojja Tarakam

Senior advocate Mr. Bojja Tarakam said Muslims are said to be the citizens of the country but they are not treated as common citizens but they are troubled in many places of the state.

Declaring the encounter of 5 Muslim youth as cold blood murder, senior advocate Mr. Baja Tarakam told that allegation that the youth who were killed in encounter were trying to escape is far from reality. Demanding probe into the fake encounter he said Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee demands that government announces impartial investigation into the matter.

Declaring the state government as incompetent, he said the government has lost control over the police. The 5 youth who were being shifted to Hyderabad were in judicial custody hence judiciary should first take note of the incident and ask the government on what basis the youth who were in judicial custody were killed.
