Srinagar, Apr 7 (ANI): In a startling revelation on Sunday, a local houseboat owner in Srinagar revealed that the person who killed the British tourist was also a tourist and not a Kashmiri. Mehraj, the local houseboat owner further said, “Our culture is very nice and it has been here for a long time. The incident that has happened is unfortunate but the police have done a good job, they have arrested the accused, as he was on the run. It is good that they have caught him because now the facts will be revealed.” Residents of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) have expressed disgust and shock on Sunday to the murder of a British woman on a houseboat. Earlier, Sarah Groves was found in a pool of blood on a houseboat on the scenic Dal Lake yesterday. Authorities earlier stated that a Dutch national, who had been staying in a neighbouring boat, has been arrested on suspicion of Sarah”s murder. News of the murder was flashed on the front page of every newspaper in the valley.
