Asaram’s former aide and key witness in the rape case against him, Amrit Prajapati, passed away in an Ahmedabad hospital on Monday.
Prajapati had been in a critical condition since May 23, when he was shot at by an unidentified man in his Rajkot clinic. He had slipped into a coma after the fatal shooting.
Prajapati was a former associate of Asaram and was apparently privy to many details regarding the self-styled godman. (ANI)
