Thrissur: A jilted lover mercilessly set ablaze an engineering student, burning her to death inside her house in Kerala’s Thrissur region today.
The 22-year-old victim used to live with her grandmother. She was found burning in flames inside the bathroom by the neighbours who rushed to her help hearing her screams and cries.
The accused identified as Neethish (32), is suspected to have entered the house through the backdoor to commit the heinous crime said MLA K Rajan.
This is the second case where a jilted lover has burnt a college student to death.
