NEW DELHI: The Kerala high court on Thursday dismisses Hindutva outfit’s plea seeking entry of Muslim women into masjids, the Hindustan Times reported.
According to Scroll.in, a two-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Rishikesh Roy and Justice A.K. Jayasankaran Nambiar dismissed the plea by the Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha saying that the petitioner did not provide substantial evidence to back their claim that Muslim women were being denied entry into mosques.
On Wednesday, the Hindutva outfit filed public interest litigation in the High Court demanding Muslim women’s entry in mosques along with men to offer prayers.

The outfit’s President Swamy Dethathreya Sai Swaroop Nath filed the petition.
