Kejriwal’s alleges Modi either buys opponents or gets them killed

Launching a scathing attack on Narendra Modi, AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party’s prime ministerial candidate doesn’t let opposition thrive in Gujarat. “Modi either buys his opponents or gets them killed,” alleged Kejriwal.

Kejriwal, who was allegedly stopped in Gujarat during his campaign, said he was detained by the Gujarat Police for highlighting corruption in the state. “There is rampant corruption in Gujarat,” said Kejriwal while addressing people in Gandhidham.

He also took a tough stand on the BJP-AAP clashes that have taken place since he was detained in Gujarat on Wednesday. “If AAP workers indulge in violence, I will leave Gujarat,” he said.

Seeking an apology from the people over violent incidents, Kejriwal added, “If any of my workers have indulged in violence I express regret.”

BJP was quick to hit back at AAP. “Kejriwal is making wild allegations against Modi. AAP broke the law, it did not have anyone’s permission to protest outside BJP headquarters,” BJP leader Nalin Kohli said.
