KCR’s Third Front an utter flop: Jaipal

Alleging that the TRS was a tail party of the BJP, former Union minister and Congress leader S Jaipal Reddy has said the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s Third Front was an utter flop.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, Jaipal Reddy alleged that KCR has a secret pact with Modi. KCR will remain friend of Modi as the latter kept an eagle eye on illegal activities of KCR, he alleged. Jaipal Reddy said KCR was not leaving Prime Minister Narendra Modi though opposition towards Centre was increasing among the people. He also asked the Minorities not to trust KCR. BJP was obstructing the discussion on no-confidence motion moved by the Opposition parties, he stated.

Jaipal Reddy said KCR was trying to float Third Front only to see that Modi government should not be affected with the unity of the Opposition parties at the national level. Therefore, TRS MPs extended support to the Modi government in Parliament along with the AIDMK. He also alleged that KCR was borrowing funds while showing wrong figures in the budget. Only KCR did Rs 1.60 lakh crore debts as all the governments in the last 70 years rule borrowed Rs 60 lakh crore, Jaipal Reddy said. He reminded that the Brazil former President was jailed for showing wrong figures like KCR.

Defending the report of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), he praised the Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) chief. “I will not react on Kodandaram’s political party at this juncture. It is not correct to say that I am not behind Kodandaram”, he said. He alleged that Amith Shaw knew only selling and buying and he didn’t know politics. “The sin of developing Modi goes to Adwani”, he said. (NSS)
