KCR woos Erravelli with facilities

Handing over  the  keys of tractors to 42 beneficiaries of Erravalli and Narsannapet, costing about  Rs 3.36 crore,  at his Farm House near Erravalli, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday vowed to transform the village with all amenities.

Besides a community hall to share development programs and resolve issues, better road connectivity, continuous power supply, sanitation and other amenities will be provided,  he said adding that Reliance company came forward to provide internet facility in near future. At a meeting here along with officials and some leaders, the chief minister after distributing the tractor keys,  has promised to give them two bedroom houses in August and share lunch with them at the  housewarming function. Each of the houses will get an overhead tank for 24 hours water supply,  he said much to the delight of the people in the meeting.

 

The chief minister also wooed them to come together to make their village a clean and green place and resemble flower which must become ideal for others to emulate. Stating that social fencing is far better than gun fencing, KCR promised to give two buffalos and ten hens to each house and get Godavari waters for 24 hours besides irrigating 2800 acres through drip in the village and ensure waters for second crop. The tractors will be transferred  to the names of the beneficiaries after three years and  till then they will function in the name of village development committee, he said  and he also  assured  land to the landless.(NSS)
