The Telangana State Government has taken a decision to withdraw criminal cases filed against the Osmania University students during the Telangana Movement.
On Tuesday, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao issued a G.O. in this regard. According to GO, the district Collector concerned would initiate steps to withdraw the cases filed against 25 students, including D Rajaram Yadav, Balka Suman, Marri Anil Kumar, Dudimetla Balaraju Yadav, Gellu Srinivas Yadav, A Jagan Kumar, Vaddepalli Madhav, Palepu Dilip, Katepally Venkat, Gade Venkat, N Ramesh Mudiraj, Dandavate Nikhil, Thummu Naveen Yadav and Sayyad Vakuvar Ali.
