Hyderabad: Terming CM KCR as a bluff master, former Union Minister Jairam Ramesh on Friday alleged that the CM went on hunger strike in an AC room while noting it that it was never a hunger strike in its true sense.
Addressing mediapersons in Sangareddy, Ramesh alleged that KCR was not even present in Parliament when the separate Telangana State Bill was passed. He said it was a forgone conclusion that the people of the State would send KCR to his farm house after the ensuing Assembly elections. He also termed Hyderabad city as the ‘Readymade Biryani’ while noting that KCR had no role in the development of the State capital.
Jairam Ramesh said the Hyderabad city was developed due to the hard work of former CMs of undivided Andhra Pradesh State like Kasu Brahmannada Reddi, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and NT Rama Rao. He also alleged that KCR was not asking PM Modi about the implementation of the promises made in AP Reorganization Act.
