KCR should act like a person in power: Naidu

On Saturday, TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu take a strong exception to TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao’s comments on Seemandhra government employees and said the brand image of Hyderabad will receive a beating due to such `irresponsible’ remarks.

Creating constant friction among employees from the two regions is not good for any government and would hamper investments to the region, Mr. Naidu said while speaking to the media here on Saturday.

“I have created a great image for Hyderabad city, which attracted huge investments from all over the country and the world. KCR’s remarks do not behave that of a chief minister. He should act like a person in power. Unfortunately, he is still behaving like an opposition leader,” lamented Naidu.

He strike a chord at the TRS chief by saying that the image of Hyderabad is very important for the new state as it was the capital that was generating revenues for Telangana.

He further said that he is ready to visit the war room launched by the TRS to explain the rules and guidelines for the distribution of government staff between the two states and requested the pink party leaders not to `terrorize’ employees from the other region.
