Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao created history by delivering speech for three hours. He presented power point presentation on irrigation projects in the Telangana Assembly on Thursday. His long speech with power point presentation took the ministers, public representatives and opposition by surprise. He began presentation at 11:45 am and his speech continued till 2:45. No chief minister spoke for 3 hours at stretch in Telangana and united Andhra Pradesh assembly. Thus KCR has set a unique record.
The power point presentation was watched using the Google map in the House. Huge screens were erected on either side of the Speaker’s podium in the Officers Gallery for the purpose.
