KCR seeks national institutions in Telangana

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Sunday heaped encomiums on Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that his was the most honest government working for the all round development of the country.

Thanking Modi, the Chief Minister said that the Centre was very cordial with the new state of the country. He said that the State Government has undertaken Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha aimed at reviving water bodies in the state and providing piped drinking water to every household respectively.

The Chief Minister said that the comprehensive development of the State was possible with the help of the Centre from time to time. Asking the PM to continue his help in the future also, KCR appealed him to establish national institutions like AIIMS, IIM and financial aid to the proposed The Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) in Hyderabad.
