Hyderabad: CM of Telangana State, Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao sanction Rs. 5 lakh to the family members of Mr. Balram, who was abducted by ISIS in Libya.
It may be mentioned that Mr. Balram was working as lecturer in English in Libya a few days back. His whereabouts are not known.
Mr. KCR assured that the matter would be referred to Ministry of External Affairs for getting him released from the clutches of ISIS.
