Telangana senior Congress leader T Jeevan Reddy on Sunday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was running away from the problems in the State.
Talking to mediapersons here, the Congress leader said KCR disowned his responsibility to focus on the key issues in the State. He accused the CM of failing to address the problems of farmers and people. The leaders, who associated with KCR, are now targeting him for his negligent attitude on welfare schemes, he added.
Jeevan Reddy alleged that people are running away from their houses during the tours of the Chief Minister. He also alleged that KCR, who lacks any knowledge on governance and functioning, was trying to promise moon to everyone and ignoring the issues. The Chief Minister does not seem to believe in practicalities and hence have ideas in the air, he alleged.
The TRS Government should address the grievances related to pensioners, students and farmers, he said. KCR failed to address the issues such as Eamcet, fees reimbursement and scholarships, power problem and farmers’ issues. Instead of remaining in Warangal for four days, the Chief Minister should have ruled the State from Hyderabad, he said. (NSS)
