Minor Irrigation Minister T G Venkatesh has said while TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao was thinking himself as “Ugra Narasimha”, the people of the State view him as Poola Rangadu.
Talking to the media here on Friday, Venkatesh said whether KCR thinks he was Ugra Narasimha or Poola Rangadu, the fact is that Telangana State won’t be a reality now. Stating said that a decision on Telangana would be taken by the Centre six months before the 2014 elections, he appealed to KCR and other Telangana protagonists not to hamper development of the State till then.
The minister said that KCR should bring pressure on the Centre by winning all the seats in the Telangana region. He advised the TRS supremo to remain sober and not consider himself as Ugra Narasimha. He said that he has an antidote if KCR takes the form of Ugra Narasimha like goddess Lakshmi had the antidote when Sri Mahavishnu took the form of Narasimha. (NSS)
