Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao today paid rich tributes to renowned social reformer Bhagya Reddy Verma on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
In a press release here, KCR recalled late Verma’s services at national level. The TRS Government will soon give him due recognition by naming a prestigious institution after his name and installing Verma’s statue in Hyderabad. Even Verma was a source of inspiration to none other than BR Ambedkar, the architect of Indian Constitution. The Government, he said, will take measures that Verma will be an icon of reforms and ideal personality for future generations. KCR also stated that Bhagya Reddy Verma’s life history is incorporated into school curriculum in the state. (NSS)
