Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today paid floral tributes to Telangana Ideologue Prof. Jayashankar on the occasion of his fourth death anniversary at Telangana Bhavan today.
Speaking on the occasion, the TRS supremo said Prof. Jayashankar used to explain about injustices meted out to Telangana in undivided Andhra Pradesh and benefits through achieving separate State for the region. Accordingly, now the State is going ahead with his inspiration and ideology to take forward the region to new heights in every sector, KCR said. The rapid growth and steady development of the State will certainly give peace to Jayashankar’s soul, he maintained.
TRS Government was following his ideology for the cause of poor and deprived classes, he said. The TRS Government will follow the footsteps of Jayashankar to offer the best and appreciable services to the people in Telangana, he said. IT Minister K T Rama Rao also offered floral tributes to the Jayashankar statue and said the State will usher in a era of development with focus on welfare of the poor and downtrodden. The TRS Government is emulating the spirit of Prof Jayashankar and making every effort to implement his ideology, he added. (NSS)
