Hyderabad, May 24: KCR has once again done the vanishing trick. He is missing again. Every one would remember that he has said that he would cause earth quakes and make Telangana a battle field if separate state was not created by December 31. Every one was expecting a major earth quake on January 1, 2011, as Telangana was not ceated. But to the astonishment of all, KCR has totally disappeared from the political scene for a while.
We don’t know how Congress has softened this volatile and usually fierce leader, but he has nodded his head in silence when the ruling party said it would decide on Telangana after the elections of five states. Now these elections are also over. But the centre has not yet said anything about Telangana.
KCR once again came on to the centre screen and screamed that he would intensify the agitation. This was a week or ten days ago. People have been eagerly waiting for him to intensify the stir. But he has once again disappeared.
Now the latest news is that the centre is once again talking about constituting the Second States Reorganization Committee (SRC). However there is so far no response to this serious set back to the Telangana movement either from KCR or the TRS cadre. This silence is strengthening the allegation that KCR was sold out to the central government.
