Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will lay the foundation stone for construction of Christian Bhavan on Tuesday.
The foundation stone laying ceremony will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday in Mahendra Hills in Secunderabad. The assurance to construct Christian Bhavan, on the lines of Adivasi and Banjara Bhavans, was given by the Chief Minister while participating in the 36 Greater Hyderabad United Christmas celebrations on December 18. The State Government has sanctioned Rs 10 crore for the construction of Christian Bhavan in the city. He had also announced two-day holiday on the occasion of Christmas this year.
