Stating that TRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao became Chief Minister and his nephew T Harish Rao and son K T Ramarao have become Ministers because the Congress conceded Telangana State, former Whip T Jagga Reddy has asked KCR, KTR and Harish Rao to think their position if the Congress failed to honour the sentiment of Telangana people.
Speaking to the media here on Saturday, Jagga Reddy asked the TRS leaders and present ministers not to forget how they made rounds to ministers during the Congress regime in the State. He also alleged that Harish Rao was surviving by indulging in blackmailing politics. Suggesting to Harish Rao to stop blackmailing politics, Jagga Reddy made it clear that the former has no strength to cleanse the Congress party.
The Congress would come back to power in the 2019 elections, he exuded confidence and warned that the Congress government would make the irregularities of the TRS leaders public. A situation would come that the people would make the TRS leaders to stand on the road. He made it clear that KCR has no strength to make the Congress address-less. He said the TRS leaders have no moral right to criticize the Congress leaders.
The people in the State voted TRS to power after being influenced by the TRS manifesto and word-magic though the people have affection at Congress party for conceding Telangana State. But, KCR deceived the people by not fulfilling assurances made by him. KCR brought Mission Bhagiratha and Mission Kakathiya to the fore instead of fulfilling the assurances made by him. KCR has scant respect for AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi, who conceded separate Telangana State. KCR failing to meet Sonia Gandhi on her birthday during his Delhi sojourn was the best example to opportunistic politics of KCR, Jagga Reddy alleged. (NSS)
