Government Whip Thoorpu Jayaprakash Reddy has claimed he and TRS Chief K Chandrasekhara Rao (KCR) were integrationists.Speaking to the media here, he alleged that KCR did not want separate Telangana State.
KCR would lose his political existence, once Telangana State was carved out, he said,adding that KCR doesn’t want Telangana Statehood. He demanded that justice should be done to students of Osmania and Kakateeya Universities which were nerve raking centers of Telangana agitation. He said he has written to the Antony Committee to visit Osmania and Kakateeya Universities. He stressed the need for a discussion on the issues of the students. He demanded compensation and a government job to each family of Telangana martyrs. (NSS)
