KCR ignored HC orders on Parliamentary Secretaries

Congress MP G Sukhender Reddy on Sunday accused Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao of contempt of court by not implementing the orders on Parliamentary Secretaries.

Speaking to media persons here, Sukhender Reddy said that the High Court had directed the Telangana Government to cancel the appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries in the State. However, the Chief Minister did not abide by the order. He said that he would soon file a contempt appeal in the court.

The Nalgonda MP also condemned the criticism on AICC Vice-President Rahul Gandhi’s Telangana tour by the TRS leaders. He said that the ruling party suffered a major jolt after Rahul Gandhi’s visit which exposed its insensitive attitude towards the farmers. He said farmers would express their anger in future elections. (INN)
