KCR has aerial survey at Yadagirigutta

Chief Minster K Chandrasekhar Rao today paid a visit to Yadagirigutta, the abode of Lord Lakshmi-Narasimha Swamy near Bhongir town of Nalgonda district
Temple priests and officials offered the Chief Minister a traditional welcome on the occasion. The Chief Minister performed special pujas to the presiding deity. Later KCR conducted an aerial survey along with architects on the development of the temple and premises. He also held a high-level review meeting on the development of the temple as per schedule.
The aerial survey of the Chief Minister assumes importance as the State government is likely to announce the release of Rs 100 crore for development of Yadagirigutta hill shrine on par with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.
It may be mentioned here the Chief Minister on Tuesday asked architects and officials to study Amritsar’s Golden Temple and Akshardham temple structures before finalizing the plan for Yadagirigutta temple. The government has asked the district administration to make use of 10 acres land to have all facilities like Kalyana Mantapam, Vedic school, greenery, shopping mall, facilities and two-way roads. The Chief Minister has reiterated that his government would develop the temple on par with Tirumala by spending adequate of funds. (NSS)
