KCR greets people on Ganesh Chaturthi

Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today extended greetings to people on the occasion of Vinayaka Chaturthi festival beginning August 29.

In a message, KCR opined that the Ganesh festival assumes specialty as Telangana State is celebrating the festival for the first time after all obstacles were removed. In the coming days too, the 29th State will wade out of all the problems and obstacles and usher in a new era of continuous development and welfare.
The Chief Minister hoped that the festival will bring in cheer, wealth and give good health to people. The festival of Ganesha is noted for massive congregation of people who celebrate it in pomp and gaiety, he said. KCR appealed to the people to celebrate the 11 days festival in a grand manner without harming environment. (NSS)
