TRS MLA Rasamai Balakishan has made it clear that the TRS Government stood by the families of the Telangana martyrs.
Participating in the debate on Telangana martyrs in the Assembly on Wednesday, Rasamai said the creation of separate Telangana State was possible just because of sacrifices made by martyrs and there was need to remember their sacrifices. He called upon the members in the House to respect the sacrifices of martyrs. The Government would not ignore the sacrifices of those laid down lives during 1969 Telangana Movement too, he said, adding the Government will extend support to the families of the martyrs of the 1969 Movement.
