Union minister of state for labour & employment Bandaru Dattatreya today said Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao failed to keep his word who had said that Telangana Liberation Day would be organized officially.
Dattatraya was speaking at Ramanthpur where Uppal MLA NVSS Prabhakar organized a function to unveil Sardar Patel statue. The Union minister called up students to write letters to the Chief Minister urging him to celebrate September 17 as Telangana Liberation Day officially at least next year.
Telangana BJP president Dr Laxman, MLC Ramchender and others attended the function. (NSS)
