Hyderabad, September 20 (Siasat news): Telangana Rashtriya Samiti President K Chandhrasekhar Rao demanded that Telangana candidates be given their “justified” share in the ongoing recruitment in jails department of Andhra Pradesh, and said that government should enforce reservations immediately for the candidates belonging to Telangana. TRS president demanding the government to give all the 700 posts to Telangana youths said, of the 3194 posts in jails department, only 544 officers belong to Telangana region.
The TRS President also demanded that Chief Minister K Rosiah leads an all party delegation to Delhi demanding Centre for a constitutional amendment against declaring Hyderabad as a free zone for Government recruitment.
The TRS President asked the Telangana lawyers not to misinterpret him over his earlier remarks that all those who were born in Telangana were sons of the soil.
“Our Telangana lawyers should not misunderstand me over my remarks that all those who were born in Telangana are Telangana people. I made the remark in a broader perspective,” Chandrasekhar Rao said.
He said ‘Congress and TDP both are misleading Telangana people on Telangana issue. He claimed that thousands of workers of both the parties are willing to join TRS. He said TRS has planned to intensify its struggle for justice to Telangana people and separate state of Telangana.
