Hyderabad, October 11: The Kadapa MP Mr YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s staunch loyalist and former MLA Mr Gone Prakash Rao alleged that the TRS Chief Mr KCR’s ‘fast-unto-death’ in December last year, was a fake one.
Mr Rao said that Mr KCR had taken all the vitamin tablets during his hunger strike. He said that Mr KCR was trying to deceive the people in the name of ‘fast-unto-death’ again now, following the launch of Mr Gaddar’s Telangana Praja Front. He demanded the state government to reveal the truth about Mr KCR’s hunger strike last year; and said otherwise, he would fight on this issue leaving the Congress party.
Speaking at the media point in Assembly premises on Sunday, Mr Rao alleged that the doctors gave all vitamins and minerals to Mr KCR during his hunger strike.
He alleged that the Chief Minister Mr K Rosaiah, CWC Invitee Mr K Keshava Rao and Union Minister Mr S Jaipal Reddy know everything about Mr KCR’s fake hunger strike. He said that they know that the doctors were giving vitamins and minerals to Mr KCR but they misguided the Center about the hunger strike by giving false information. He said that Mr Rosaiah government too failed in case of Mr KCR’s hunger strike.
Finding fault with Mr KCR for making a statement at Warangal about going on hunger strike again, Mr Prakash Rao said that Mr KCR has to make his son and daughter to sit on hunger strike.
Finding fault with the Chief Minister’s attitude on Osmania University incident, Mr Rao said that every one was wondering at CM’s ignorant attitude on the issue.
