Congress leader Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has said there was perceptible change in the attitude of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao after attending Amaravathi foundation stone laying program on October 22.
Speaking to the media here on Wednesday, Ponguleti said one need not raise eyebrows if the TRS joins the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre. Stating that KCR failed to raise the Polavaram issue during his Delhi sojourn, Ponguleti said KCR was afraid that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu may get annoyed if he raised the Polavaram issue.
