Hyderabad: Caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today called on Governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan and closeted with him for some time.
In the wake of Council session that was summoned by the Governor on September 27 at 11 am, the meeting of KCR with the former gets importance. The TRS chief is understood to have shared his views with the Governor on current political scenario in the State which was going for early polls. Since the Election Commission has expedited the process of holding elections likely in November, the duo are said to have discussed on the possible schedule and the elections.
The ruling party chief is said to have urged the Governor to see that the Assembly elections are held in a peaceful and hassle-free manner with a focus on law and order. KCR also touched upon the ongoing schemes and development programs in the State.
