TDP senior leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu has alleged that the TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao was born only for drinking.
Talking to the media at the NTR Trust Bhavan here on Tuesday, he has described KCR as an egoist. He said apart from amassing wealth and his personal comforts KCR had no interest in achieving Telangana. He said if 800 students laid down their lives for Telangana, the sin was KCR’s. he also said that it was KCR who was responsible for watering down the Sakalajanula Samme that rocked the entire nation and would have surely led to achievement of Telangana.
He said KCR was trying to earn crores of rupees and get votes, using the sentiments of the Telangana people. He has alleged that KCR had amassed thousands of crores of rupees through the movement and had not done anything to achieve statehood to the region. Stating that KCR won only with the votes of Dalits, Motkupalli has alleged that he was now ignoring Dalits. Strongly objecting to the remarks of the Telangana JAC convener Prof. Kodandaram against minister Geeta Reddy, Motkupalli has said as she belonged to his community, he felt that his remarks were against them. He has questioned why KCR has not condemned Kodandaram and warned that the people of Telangana would teach a befitting lesson to both of them.
Alleging that KCR drank and prattled, he has described him as a pest for Telangana. He has questioned if Telangana could be achieved by telling people anecdotes. He has questioned why KCR has not questioned the consruction of the Pothireddypadu head regulator.
Referring to the statement of the YSR Congress leaders that they would break the walls of the jail to bring Jagan out, Motkupalli said they should instead break the iron safes of Jagn so that crores of looted public money would come out.(NSS)
