The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) promised 12 percent reservations to Muslims, 1000 crore annual budget, second official language status to Urdu, powers to Waqf Board, protection of Waqf properties and implementation of Sachar Committee Report. TRS president Chandrasekhar Rao released election manifesto on Friday.
He also promised government job to one person and Rs.10 lakh financial assistance for the families of all those who laid down their lives for Telangana.
The manifesto also included, waiver of crop loans up to Rs.1 lakh and Rs. 1000 pension to widows and old age and Rs. 1500 to disabled etc.
