Hyderabad, December 27: Telangana Rashatra Samithi (TRS) president K Chandrasekhar Rao today demanded that the Cent ral Gover nment should announce Telangana State without any delay on the issue.
He said that the Joint Action Committee (JAC) would finalise its future protest programme soon.
He called upon the TDP MLAs to come out of the clutches of their president N Chandrababu Naidu, who was maintaining double standards on Telangana.
Praja Rajyam Party Rangareddy district unit leaders joined the TRS in the presence of Chandrasekhar Rao at Telangana Bhavan here today.
Addressing the gathering, the TRS chief criticised the State Government and the police department saying that four IGs have shown special interest to suppress the movement and registered false cases against the TRS activists.
Meanwhile, party senior leader Nayani Narasimha Reddy condemned the allegations of TDP leader N Janardhan Reddy against the TRS.
