Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s convoy met with an accident in Nalgonda district on Saturday morning.
According to the information, the Chief Minister left home for Yadagirigutta on Saturday morning to lay foundation stones for developmental works to be taken up near the temple of Sri Lakshmi-Narasimha Swamy at Yadadri. While the CM’s convoy was proceeding towards Yadadri, a jeep belonging to Penpahad police station rammed the convoy at Kondamadugu under Bibinagar mandal of Nalgonda district. With this, two constables of rope party were injured. However, no one was injured in the CM’s convoy. (NSS)
