Dubai, May 30: A Kazakh businesswoman who fatally knifed her boyfriend claims to have been pardoned by his family.

Meanwhile, prosecutors charged AF, with intentionally murdering her Ukrainian boyfriend, YC, by stabbing him with a kitchen knife at her villa in Umm Suqeim when she had a heated argument with the latter.
She stabbed him once in the heart and confessed to committing the crime to the presiding judge. She added that she cannot hire a lawyer.
The judge refused to accept her papers which she claimed to be a waiver from the family.
“Give them to the lawyer who will be appointed by the court to defend you on June 19,” said the judge.
Meanwhile, police officer told the court that “she suffered a behavioural disorder. Her statement was inconsistent and was full of contradicting details.”
Another police personnel testified: “Initially, police were contacted about a suicide incident. When I questioned her, she alleged that she had an affair with the victim without specifying for how long.
“She claimed they quarelled because he was jealous. On that fateful day AF was cooking and YC started drinking because they had had a heated argument. Then he grabbed the knife and stabbed himself in his heart and she called the police.”
