Hyderabad: TDP senior leader Gali Muddukrishnamma Naidu on Monday alleged that TRS MP K. Kavitha has been targetting the BJP-led NDA Government at the Centre only to bargain with Prime Minister Narender Modi for a berth in Union Cabinet.
Speaking to media persons, Naidu said despite bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the TRS leaders have been trying to achieve political survival by cursing AP for various reasons. He said that the Centre has provided funds to AP in view of its weak economic conditions post-division. He said Kavitha was in the forefront in targeting the Prime Minister as she was desperate to become a Union Minister.
Naidu also alleged that the YSRCP had fielded its candidate in the Warangal by-elections to divide the opposition votes and to defeat BJP-TDP combine candidate Dr. P. Devaiah. (INN)
